Yoga, Tai-Chi, Meditation classes

These classes are flow based practices, focused on breath and movement. Plan to sweat, stretch, laugh and deeply connect with your body and breath as well as your community of yogis. Class will end with a short meditation and social time with tea at Classy Hippie. All levels of ability and experience are welcome, modifications and deeper variations of the postures will be offered.
